Production Line Process

  5. Cutting and Assembly: The boxes are cut to size, bent as required, and manually or semi-automatically packed for further assembly.
  6. Integration of Components: Electrical components, connectors, and control modules are installed, and the HV PDU is tested for voltage stability, insulation, and functionality . Production lines can achieve 2–3 enclosures per minute, with speed varying based on box size and complexity . Adjustable parameters allow for heights of 300–1200 mm and depths of 160–400 mm, accommodating a wide range of distribution box designs.
